Project Overview
Farada is a Qatar-based footwear brand centered on traditional Arabic leather sandals, alongside slippers, sneakers, loafers, and children's shoes, sold across Men's, Women's, and Kids' categories.
The Arabic Sandal collection alone runs 31 products, each with color-swatch variants shown directly on the collection grid and a wide size range spanning adult and children's sizing on one product template.
Merchandising leans on visible discounting and Qatar-specific trust signals — free delivery across Qatar, secure checkout, and easy returns — displayed consistently across collection and product pages.
Storefront details and any catalog counts reflect materials reviewed in August 2026.
Storefront Features
Multi-category navigation
Structured Men's, Women's, and Kids' navigation alongside a category-based browsing path for sandals, slippers, and shoes.
Color and size variant system
Built product templates supporting color swatches and a wide size range spanning adult and kids sizing.
Collection filtering and sorting
Implemented availability filtering, price-range filtering, and multi-option sorting across collection pages.
Discount and promotional merchandising
Set up sale-price display with strikethrough original pricing and savings badges on collection cards and product pages.
Localized trust messaging
Added Qatar-specific delivery, secure checkout, and returns messaging as trust badges across the storefront.
The Challenge
Farada's catalog spans men's, women's, and kids' footwear across several sandal and shoe types, each needing color and a wide size range down to children's sizing — the store needed a product and collection template flexible enough to handle that variant complexity consistently while keeping the shopping experience easy to scan across 30+ products per collection.
The Approach
Consistent variant template
Used one product and collection template pattern to handle color swatches and the wide size range across adult and kids products, rather than one-off builds per category.
Scannable collection merchandising
Surfaced color options and discount badges directly on collection grid cards so shoppers can compare variants without opening each product page.
Localized checkout confidence
Reinforced Qatar-specific delivery and returns messaging at both the collection and product level.
